Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign up with your phone number and start. We never charge you automatically; you pay only when you choose a plan.
What are AI credits?
The fuel for the Munshi. A text uses 1 credit, a voice note 2 and a bill photo 3. Work on the web dashboard is free and unlimited. Credits refill every month.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Anytime, from Settings → Billing. An upgrade starts at once; a downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I take my data with me?
Always. Export your khata, party statements and reports to PDF or Excel on any plan, even in read-only mode.
Is yearly cheaper?
Yes. Pay for 10 months and use 12: two months free on Kisan and Zameendar.
