AgriVoice keeps your farm's khata. This page explains, in plain words, what we store, why, and what control you have.

  1. 1

    What we collect

Your name and phone number, your farm details (fields, crops, parties), and every entry you make: purchases, sales, expenses and payments. When you use the WhatsApp Munshi, also the voice notes, bill photos and messages you send it.

  2. 2

    Why we use it

Only to run AgriVoice for you: to save your entries, show your reports, send the reminders you've asked for, and let the Munshi understand your messages. We don't sell your data and we don't show you ads.

  3. 3

    AI and your messages

Voice notes, photos and texts are processed by AI services to turn them into draft entries. Nothing is saved to your khata until you confirm it. These services get only what is needed for that one message.

  4. 4

    Who can see your data

You, and the people you invite to your farm, each limited by their role. An agronomist you share a case with sees crop data only, not your accounts. Our team looks at your data only to fix a problem you've reported.

  5. 5

    Keeping it safe

Your data is kept apart from every other farm's and sent over encrypted connections. Money entries are never deleted, only voided, with a record of who did it and when.

  6. 6

    Your control

Export your khata to PDF or Excel at any time, on any plan, even after your trial ends. To close your account and delete your data, message us on WhatsApp.

  7. 7

    Changes to this policy

If we change it, we'll update the date at the top and tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
