These terms apply when you use AgriVoice: the website, the web dashboard and the WhatsApp Munshi. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Your account
Sign up with a phone number you own. Keep your password and PIN private. You're responsible for what's done in your account, including by the people you invite.

Your data stays yours
Everything you enter belongs to you. You let us store and process it only to provide the service, as the Privacy policy explains.

The Munshi and AI
The Munshi prepares draft entries from your messages. Check each one before you confirm it: once confirmed, it goes into your khata, so review amounts and parties carefully.

Crop Doctor is advice
Crop Doctor suggests likely causes and next steps. It is not a prescription. Confirm with your agronomist before you spray, and use the dose on the label.

Plans and payment
Every account starts with a free 3-month trial, no card needed. After that, pick a plan and pay in rupees by EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer. We never charge you automatically. See the Refund policy.

Fair use
Don't use AgriVoice for anything illegal, don't try to reach other farms' data, and don't overload or attack the service.

If something goes wrong
We work to keep AgriVoice running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is. We aren't liable for farm decisions or losses based on its reports or suggestions.

Ending your use
You can stop anytime; export your data first. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why.

Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
